Bank-owned sale of a 75-room former Red Lion hotel property. Sale included a 4,100 sf restaurant. Property required completion of renovations and curing of deferred maintenance. Property was purchased by a Denver area restaurant operator who plans to re-open the restaurant and continue operating the hotel as an independent lodging facility.

Recent sale of an upscale hotel property located in the NE metro corridor within the Good Samaritan/Medtronic/Kaiser medical quadrant in Lafayette.  The hotel was constructed in 2018 with 84 rooms, and was in excellent condition at sale.

ATWELL SUITES DENVER AIRPORT - 18350 E. 65th Avenue, Denver, CO     

 

Recent sale of a 66-unit, all suite hotel constructed in 2022. We previously sold the hotel site of +/- 2 acres to the seller in 2021. Located just west of Tower Road near DIA, this property is the first ground-up Atwell prototype in the nation.  The Atwell is an IHG upper mid-scale franchise providing common area amenities conducive to socialization and co-working.  Amenities include a large exercise facility and a limited bar with ready to drink beverages and small plate food items.

This 2.08-acre site is located in close proximity to Denver International Airport.  It was acquired for the limited-service Candlewood Suites hotel.  It is situated close to the proposed 80-acre United Airlines pilot training facility.

This independent limited-service motel has excellent highway frontage on Highway 160.  It was constructed in 1965 with 23 rooms and includes a 2-bedroom manager's apartment.

This  limited-service franchise motel has an excellent interstate location off of I-70 in Wheat Ridge.  It was constructed in 1980 with 94 rooms.  Recent upgrades included security fencing for the entire site, card key access, and laminate flooring.
