Alex K. Kovacs has over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Since beginning his career as an appraiser in the 1980's, Alex has acquired expertise in all areas of the commercial sector.  His professional experience encompasses brokerage, appraisals, evaluations, feasibility studies, lease and rent analyses, and market studies of properties in Colorado, Wyoming, Kansas, Texas, North Dakota, Montana and Florida. While Alex's specific expertise has been primarily in the hospitality, resort, and land development arenas, he is equally accomplished in the various other commercial property types, including office, medical office, mixed use, retail, industrial, multifamily, net leased investments, fractional interests, and various special purpose properties with going concern components. Recently, Alex has also been active in the burgeoning medical and recreational marijuana industry in Colorado.
